Deseci civila su ubijeni, a stotine su povrijeđene tokom teškog ruskog granatiranja grada Harkova na istoku Ukrajine, kažu ukrajinski zvaničnici.
Anton Heraščenko, savetnik kijevskog ministra unutrašnjih poslova, napisao je na Facebooku da su moskovske trupe bombardovale stambena naselja projektilima Grad, rekavši: “Deseci su ubijeni, a stotine ranjene! Cijeli svijet mora vidjeti ovaj užas! Smrt okupatorima!”
U ovoj fazi nije moguće tačno reći koliko je civila do sada ubijeno. Šefica UN-a za ljudska prava Michelle Bachelet izjavila je ranije danas da su najmanje 102 civila ubijena, dok su još 304 osobe povrijeđene.
